Available for the first time ever is Diana's fabulous choker she wore with the famous black "Travolta" dress at the White House reception, in the same solid sterling silver, two rows of 34 flawless cubic zirconia diamonds (over 8 carats total) and sparkling 9-carat Austrian Swarovski deep-blue crystal sapphire and seven strand faux pearl necklace (3 mm pearls).

The Choker adjusts from approximately 14 to 16 1/2 inches in length. The overall dimensions of the medallion (including the sapphire and the surrounding rows of diamonds) is approximately 1 1/4 X 1 1/2 inches (28 X 31 mm).
